Q: What will appear on my credit card statement ?
A: On the receipt of your credit card account it will appear “Latin Business International” and not “latincamdate.com”!

Q: How much is a credit worth?
A: If you buy the $60.00 Promotion-- 1 credit equals to 1/100 (Dolar), that means that $60.00 are worth  6000 credits.

Q: I have created a free account, what will I be able to see?
A: With  free account (balance=0 credits) you can access the chat ONLY to see the Models for 5 Minutes, but if you want to chat 15 minutes FREE Daily, you need to have credits on your account.
Q: My account is blocked, how come?

A: There can be many reasons why your account has been blocked, here under you will find some examples, if you do not find an answer in the examples reported, please contact us at support@latincamdate.comand we shall soon pass on to you the right reason for the block.

Q: I have bought credits 3 times in a row and my account is blocked, why?
A: Your account is automatically blocked even if you buy credits uselessly 3 times in a row.
We block your account if we have reason to believe that your expenditure or behaviour is wary (antifraud measure).
If you think that your account or IP has been blocked for groundless reasons, please send us an e-mail to support@latincamdate.com.

Q: Which is the credit limit for new users?
A: Our system allows the new users to spend maximum $60.—a day and $ 600 a month. When you go over this limit your account gets automatically blocked. If you wish to increase the credit limit please contact us at support@latincamdate.com This is to prevent you from spending more than you wish and also to prevent any fraud.

Q: Can I have my expenses in details?
A: Yes, at any moment in the column “my account” you can see your account status, your purchases and also your expenses in details.

Q: From checking my account I have come across some anomalies.
A: If you find any anomalies in your account or if you have been charged with expenses you have not made, please contact us at support@latincamdate.com, we shall give you further details. If we do not receive any objection within 10 days from the purchase, we shall consider the purchase accepted. Complaints must have valid justifications.

Q: Who regulates the contract with the organization issuing the credit card?
A: The use of the credit card for any operation on latincamdate.com is regulated by the contract with the organization issuing the credit card, consequently you must refer to that contract and not to the Terms and Conditions of www.latincamdate.com, for everything concerning your rights and responsibilities as a credit card holder.

Q: Why aren’t the models naked in free-chat?
A: The chat regulation firmly forbids any nude or immoral behavior in the public chat.

Q: I didn’t like a show and the quality of the image was poor, what can I do?
A: We work with amateur models who work independently from home. The models are not professionals but “Amateurs”.
If you don’t like the girl you see in the cam, or the quality of the image is poor, don’t spend too much time and credits with that model.
Most part of the models can be contacted in free chat and from here you can see the quality offered without spending anything. We check every day the chat rooms and do our best to achieve the best quality, but we cannot guarantee that all shows will be of your liking.
Besides every person has its personal taste regarding the shows. Before getting in a private chat with the model, we advise you to ask for any explanation relating to her show and to ascertain that the video quality will be of your liking.
Only in very rare occasions we reimburse the credits spent for the shows.

Q: If you have witnessed situations which you consider rude or illegal, for example: requests of money for dates; insults and indecent behaviors; racism episodes: pedophilia; false credits or other reasons which you consider fundamental?

MODELS / STUDIO

Q: A system administrator has asked me to show myself naked in the free chat.
A: In no way you must accept, an Admin will never ask you that. There are guys who enjoy themselves pretending to be system administrators. Never ever give a performance to people who pretend to be administrators!!!.
In the window on the right of your chat are listed all the names of those linked with you.
The system administrators are invisible and therefore it will never appear their names on the list, so if you get requests from names which appear in his list it means that a member is enjoying pretending to be an administrator.
Tell us immediately the member’s user name and his IP and we shall take a prompt action regarding this matter, in the meantime you can ban the member in the following way (short (1 minute), medium (1 hour), or long (1day).

Q: Which methods of payment do you offer?
A: All payments to models or the studio can be made through ePassporte andinternational bank transfer in Dollars.

Q: When do you pay the models and the studios?
A: Payments are made when you or the studio have reached a minimum of $200.00; Payment Dates are the 5th and 20th of each month. Example, Period  from 1st  to the 15th  of each Month are made the 5th of the Following Month, and Period from 16th to the 30th are made on the 20th of the following month.
